★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, acudimos mi familia y yo y nos engañaron diciendo de una promoción de un tour a isla mujeres, pero teníamos que tomar una plática de 90 mins, después que el transporte iba a pasar por nosotros y dejar hasta nuestro hotel.
Lo cual, la plática de ventas duró 4 horas y no se quisieron hacer responsable de nuestro regreso, nos dijeron que nos regresaramos en camión, lo cual al ser 9 integrantes de la familia es complicado ir en transporte público.
Cero recomendable, te mienten con lo que te ofrecen
Very bad service, my family and I went and they tricked us by telling us about a promotion of a tour to Isla Mujeres, but we had to have a 90-minute talk, after which the transport was going to pick us up and leave us at our hotel.
Which, the sales talk lasted 4 hours and they did not want to be responsible for our return, they told us to return by truck, which being 9 members of the family is difficult to go by public transport.
Zero recommended, they lie to you with what they offer you
