Haya muchas anécdotas de personajes famosos incluso hasta gobernadores y un presidente Mexicano, llegaron a degustar estás famosas "tripitas" que preparaba su fundador "Don Juanito" (q.e.p.d.) Ahora el negocio es atendido por sus descendientes y no lo hacen nada mal. Solo los muy exigentes o conocedores sabrán encontrar alguna diferencia.
 A whole tradition the famous "tripitas" of the "Pariancito" in the neighborhood of San Sebastián, in the potosina capital. They are famous in their preparation and seasoning. There are many anecdotes of famous people including even governors and a Mexican president, they came to taste these famous "tripitas" prepared by their founder "Don Juanito" (q.p.d.) Now the business is run by their descendants and they do nothing wrong. Only the very demanding or knowledgeable will know how to find a difference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve una mala experiencia, pagué 3 órdenes para llevar y al llegar a casa, sólo eran 2. Vivo muy retirado, no me conviene regresar, me sale más caro. Deseo pensar que fue un error sin mala intención. Como sea estaban muy ricas las tripitas.
I had a bad experience, I paid 3 orders to take and when I got home, they were only 2. I live very retired, I do not want to go back, it's more expensive. I want to think that it was a mistake without bad intention. However the tripitas were very rich.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar tradicional en San Luis Potosí, se encuentra en el barrio de San Sebastián. Disfrute las recetas del Sr. Juanito. Se come de pie y con tortilla como cubiertos. Tripas, machitos, chicharrón, médula y trompa, conforman la carta y se sirve por órdenes o por tacos. Si le queda estómago en la entrada venden buñuelos.
It is a traditional place in San Luis Potosí, it is located in the San Sebastián neighborhood. Enjoy Mr. Juanito's recipes. It is eaten standing up and with an omelette as cutlery. Guts, machitos, chicharrón, marrow and horn, make up the menu and it is served by orders or by tacos. If you have a stomach at the entrance they sell donuts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un clásico del barrio de San Sebastián. Sirven por tacos o por órden en plato. Desde las 6pm tienen de pata, trompa, chicharrón y tripas. Estos dos últimos no tienen comparación, además de que se puede pedir órden mixta. La salsa que le ponen los hace aún mejores.
A classic in the San Sebastián neighborhood. They are served by tacos or by order on a plate. From 6pm they have paw, trunk, pork rinds and guts. These last two are unmatched, plus you can order a mixed order. The sauce they put on makes them even better.
