★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El sabor de las tripas es bueno y me gusta que estén bien doradas, aunque hay muchas cosas que podrían mejorar: la ventilación del lugar (porque uno sale oliendo a tripa), poner verdura y salsa para que uno le ponga al gusto y no usar siempre platos de unicel.
Por último pero no menos importante, son los más caros que he probado.
The taste of the guts is good and I like that they are well browned, although there are many things that could be improved: the ventilation of the place (because one leaves smelling like guts), put vegetables and sauce so that one can put it to taste and not use always Styrofoam plates.
Last but not least, they are the most expensive I have tried.
