Hay tripa blandita o su especialidad la dorada.
Uff aunque también puedes pedir molleja, no esta en el menú o anunciada así que pregunta si tienen, es molleja dorada por fuera, blandita por dentro se deshace en tu boca, viene también con la salsa especial de la tripa dorada, un manjar!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para cenar, las tripitad y mollejas doradas son su especialidad pero todo está riquísimo, los de chorizo e hígado riquísimo y lo que no es fácil encontrar en GDL es un buen suadero, pero con ellos está riquísimo, solo les falta dar frijolitos pero eso no les quita sus 5 estrellotas y no se pierdan su Rica agua de horchata.
