★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de los chicos fue excelente, siempre atentos y amables, la tripita bien dorada y sazonada, nos gusto que no esta nada salada, en su punto.
Si pudiera mejorar algo sería que le pusieran un poco más de tripita al tuétano y un poco más de salsa a la orden, por lo demás todo excelente.
 The service of the boys was excellent, always attentive and friendly, the tripita well browned and seasoned, we liked that it is not salty at all, at its point.
If I could improve something, it would be to add a little more tripita to the marrow and a little more sauce to order, otherwise everything was excellent.

Very good service, very good bellies at their golden point, well served, perhaps to my liking a little more bathed in that sauce they put on it. But all very well.

Be careful when you order with chili, it is ultra mega spicy, my cheek is even swollen. I loved them, I will be back.

Adicionalmente, el menú es variado y tienen opciones interesantes con tuétano, chile con queso, chinchulines en salsa... La atención es buena, el lugar cómodo. Cuando he pedido para llevar, dan suficientes salsas y complementos.
Is very good. Of the places to dine on tripitas in Guadalajara, this is probably the cleanest. Additionally, the menu is varied and they have interesting options with marrow, chili with cheese, chinchulines in sauce ... The service is good, the place is comfortable. When I have ordered take out, they give enough sauces and add-ons.
