Al preguntar por un envío que llevaba retrazo y al comentarle que ya no iba a haber nadie quien recibiera me comenta un chico al parecer el dueño, que ese no es su problema. Felicidades a los papás por educarlo en la atención al cliente. No vuelvo a ese negocio!!!
The person who answers the phone is despotic and rude. When asking about a shipment that was delayed and when I told him that there would be no one to receive, a boy seems to tell me the owner, that this is not his problem. Congratulations to parents for educating them in customer service. I do not return to that business !!!
