Una de calidad inferior y otra con un corte de sierra en donde no debía ser. El gerente se rehusaba a contestarme el teléfono y cuando lo hizo fue para proteger a su empleado. Acabó diciéndome que en México hay muchas madererías y que podía ir a la que yo quisiera. Lo que entiendo es que el empleado aparenta ser muy amable para que aunque no llegue bien la madera uno no se queje y el gerente está en coordinación con este robo, dañando tanto al cliente como al dueño del negocio. Varias veces me explicaba lo mismo como si al ser mujer no fuera yo capaz de entender que la madera me llegó con una medida menor a la que pedí, con betas y nudos que no corresponden a primera y otra con un corte de sierra casi a la mitad. ¡PÉSIMO! Como para encontrar al dueño del negocio e informarle del modo en que con toda amabilidad roban a sus clientes. Appalling!
