★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio , no lo recomiendo .. mi esposo reservo un vuelo tardan mucho en darte el itinerario y al llegar al aeropuerto resulta q tenía mal el nombre el pase de abordar , así q no pudo abordar el avión y tardan muchísimo en resolver el problema , y resulta q ahora tiene q pagar mucho más el doble de lo q estaba el vuelo anterior y si kiere reembolso tardan 3 meses y te kitan el 20% no es justo ya q fue un error de la agencia !!
Terrible service, I do not recommend it .. my husband booked a flight they take a long time to give you the itinerary and when he got to the airport it turns out that the boarding pass had the wrong name, so he could not board the plane and it takes a long time to solve the problem, And it turns out that now you have to pay much more than double what was the previous flight and if you want a refund it takes 3 months and they give you 20% it is not fair since it was an error of the agency !!
