Nunca he tenido problemas con el agua, tanto el dueño o gerente y todo el personal son amables y respetuosos y nunca me han quedado mal con el servicio. He ido en ocasiones a surtir directamente al local y esta impecable todo y en el momento en que estoy esperando mi botellòn, me doy cuenta de que hacen su trabajo con la mayor higiene. Tripura informa constantemente de la sanitizaciòn de su local para darnos la confianza de que cumplen con los protocolos de limpieza. Recomiendo ampliamente la Purificadora Tripura, Excelente agua purificada verdaderamente de manantial. Gracias.
I have been a customer since they opened 3 years ago and the service Tripura offers is of excellent quality. I have never had problems with water, both the owner or manager and all the staff are friendly and respectful and I have never been bad with the service. I have sometimes gone to deliver directly to the premises and everything is impeccable and the moment I am waiting for my bottle, I realize that they do their work with the highest hygiene. Tripura constantly reports on the sanitation of its premises to give us the confidence that they comply with the cleaning protocols. I highly recommend Purificadora Tripura, Excellent truly purified spring water. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En las últimas 2 semana ha decaído su servicio. No sé si cambiaron a todo el personal pero los repartidores pasan como si los corretearon, como si no quisieran vender. Muy mal tripura!
In the last 2 weeks their service has declined. I don't know if they changed all the staff but the delivery men pass by as if they were being chased away, as if they didn't want to sell. Very bad trip!
