Soy Ingeniero Mecánico y descubrí que las necesidades actuales de las organizaciones se cubren con conocimientos que no adquirí durante mi etapa estudiantil, debido al contenido del plan de estudio de mi carrera. Decidí tomar las certificaciones Yellow y Green Belt y hoy puedo decir que gracias al maravilloso trabajo de los coaches en Triskel América (literalmente), pude encontrar prácticas profesionales en agosto de 2020, en un mundo laboral altamente competido dentro del dpto. de Producción en una empresa automotriz en la ciudad donde estudié. En abril terminé mis prácticas y de la nada surgió una oportunidad para regresar a la industria. Actualmente estoy en otra automotriz como responsable de validación. Considero que tuve una buena oferta para ser mi primer trabajo formal y no me queda nada más que agradecer a todo el equipo de Triskel América por compartir con nosotros su experiencia y conocimientos. I am a Mechanical Engineer and I discovered that the current needs of organizations are covered with knowledge that I did not acquire during my student period, due to the content of the study plan of my career. I decided to take the Yellow and Green Belt certifications and today I can say that thanks to the wonderful work of the coaches in Triskel America (literally), I was able to find professional internships in August 2020, in a highly competitive world of work within the department. of Production in an automotive company in the city where I studied. In April I finished my internship and out of nowhere came an opportunity to return to the industry. I am currently in another automotive company as a validation manager. I consider that I had a good offer to be my first formal job and I have nothing left but to thank the entire Triskel América team for sharing their experience and knowledge with us.
