★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend of mine had a great experience with them buying a dress off the rack. However, I went the custom dress route and it was a disaster. Their team was extremely disorganized and dishonest throughout the process. I cancelled my dress before any dress was actually made and they would not refund me any of the money I had paid.
