★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO AL CLIENTE, si llegas del extranjero o de viaje a Querétaro, no esperes que esté abierto el JUICEBAR a las 6 am, tampoco que sepan hacer CODI o pagos SPEI, para pagar una clase de $200 mxn fue un supliiiicio porque nadie absolutamente nadie te ayuda ( i guess maybe if you are Blondie ) tener la experiencia tipo TROOP como lo hacen ver en Instagram full MKT :( me fui muy EKIS, pero lo que si salvó fue la clase de JOSEFA, nivel 2 y 3, si quieres hacer ruta o superar espectativas de entrenamiento ella te lleva acorde a como ve el grupo del día - SUPER PLUS! la señora que apoya en la limpieza Mega estrellita, me hizo plática mientras esperaba y estuvo al pendiente :)! DETALLE, si eres nuevo en este TROOP baja tus espectativas de experiencia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una desagradable experiencia. Grave el nivel de discriminación por tu apariencia y por ser huésped de El Doce. (Si no quieren que vayan huéspedes, quiten las promociones, o bien que te digan que no las aplicarán para ti). La dueña o encargada me acosó todo el tiempo con preguntas sobre mi hospedaje, todo el tiempo siendo grosera, torciendo la boca y con acciones déspotas.
Aunque los instructores sean profesionales, el mal trato no lo compensa.
La música muy mala y pasada de moda.
Increíble que en pleno siglo XXI continúe la discriminación por tu peso o por traer tatuajes. ¡Ojo aquí Derechos Humanos!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disfruté mucho la clase, es justo lo que esperaba. Está divertida, se adapta a tu ritmo y son muy amables. Además, la barra tiene muchas opciones saludables para complementar y reponer energía. Yo tengo sobrepeso y tenía cerca de 2 años sin hacer ejercicio, no tuve problema en disfrutar la clase y me atendieron de maravilla. Definitivamente regresaré ?
I enjoyed the class a lot, it is just what I expected. It's fun, it adapts at your own rhythm and they are very friendly. I have overweight and was about 2 years without exercising, I had no problem enjoying the class and they treated me wonderfully. I will definitely return ?.
