Después de buscar por todo Cancún esta oficina de rentar autos fue las más rápida y económica de Cancún te recogen en el aeropuerto y te dejan de nuevo muy recomendados

La atención, excelente. Fueron por nosotros al aeropuerto, de inmediato, el auto estaba impecable y, al devolverlo, nos llevaron de nuevo al aeropuerto sin costo adicional. Definitivamente, lo recomiendo.

Never ever rent a car from them !! They are the worse !! U may save some pesos but they get u back ant the end!! My story is long but ill tell u what happened at the end when I returned the car!! They gave my rental with a empty gas when I returned it they told me it doesn't have gas !!! I told them u gave it to me like that!! And ASKED do u have a picture to prove it!!! F----!!! They make me pay 150 extra for gas !! And thats only the end !!! So please dont rent here!!! The worse ever!!!??????????

Warning, NEVER USE THIS CAR RENTAL, GOT CHEATED!!! Tropical rental Cancun It is very unprofessional, and they cheated me. First I asked them what the car rental prices were so they gave me the prices. I went to the car rental and the location is horrible. It is like going to a building in constructions and having all of the dirt and filth. On the middle of filling my paper work, I decided to cancel because I found better prices. They had my passport, my credit card and my license. I told them I want all of my documents back and they refused to give them to me. They told me I had to pay them 500 Mexican pesos because it was a cancelation of a contract that I had never signed. I refused to pay the 500 Mexican pesos for obvious reasons and asked to speak with the manager. They told me that they were not allowed to pass calls and they explained what happened leaving out the part where I didn’t had my documents and I had not signed. They told me they had free transportation to and from the airport and then they told me they were going to charge me the ride back. After spending 20 minutes arguing with them I was calling my mother so she called the police, unfortunately being foreign I had to use their wifi to communicate via Skype. They disconnected the wifi router and called three guys and try to intimidate me by inferring the damage that they could do to me. They started talking about how people that do bad business get beat up and robed. After seeing this I had to pay them 500 Mexican pesos to get my documents back and to get a ride back to the airport.

Never ever!!!! One hour before we arrived we ask the company that they really have the promissed car. They said yes. When we arrived there they tokd that do not have the car what we discussed and no other. After 30 minutes fighting they do not told sorry, we left the company without car.

I appreciated the fact that the man at the airport was willing to negotiate. He was working hard and I felt like I could trust his service. He gave a great price. Be warned, if you plan to rent from here [and I highly suggest you do not] you should at least have a basic understanding of Spanish in order to communicate; there is only one young man who spoke English, though not extremely well. It was all decent until the day of our return. The car we rented was nothing fancy- at all. A simple VW that was clearly used for quite some time. It worked and it has AC, that was most important for us....We get back to Tropical a few hours before leaving the country and as soon as we pull in, out walks the entire team of four guys, inspecting the car at each & every angle as if we had just pulled in with a RR. Immediately I hear them talking about some scratch on the bottom of the front bumper. It was evidently a big deal to them...$100 worth of a big deal. Unbelievable...if you could have seen the rest of this car you would be just as shocked as I. To make matters worse, it appeared as if they were literally moving in slow motion. I hate to say that this place exists with the intention of ripping you off...but that's definitely how it felt. The extra money you may spend in order to rent from somewhere more reputable (and actually in the airport) would be well worth it.

This was a super sketchy car rental company. We rented from them and hey charged us a bunch of weird fees and the office was empty when we went to drop off our car. Just be careful i’d you rent a car from here.
