★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This operation is legit. Pablo and his team is on point. Best price I found. Basic insurance included as well. Take photos of your scooter before use as is normal to do. Pablo took down my credit card info as well but no security code. I asked him about it and he rolled his eyes essentially. There is nothing dodgy about them at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very easy to deal with, met me at Diego Tacos right across the street from the airport. They do request credit card number but no charges. The rental fee comes with insurance with the option to purchase full coverage. The car was perfect for our week vacation. Will definitely use again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend, i’ve been to many scooter rental shops on the island and this is my favorite! Carlos and his staff are very professional and friendly and have good/best prices on the island. All of their scooters are high quality/new and they have availability even on the busiest of days (including weekends when all the cruise ships roll in). One morning we couldn’t start our scooter (nothing was wrong with the scooter, we just weren’t used to that model/ hadn’t had our coffee and couldn’t figure it out lol) and they came to our house within 10 minutes of us calling them to start it, without any charge (thank you). If you don’t speak spanish, the staff speaks good english. Will use this company every time I need a rental on the island!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really professional place from start to finish. Did a great deal for me on a days scooter rental which included insurance (personal injury and 3rd party liability) as well as 2 helmets. The owner asked whether I had a license and had driven a scooter before as they only rent to people who meet both requirements which is great to hear. The scooter itself was a 125cc Yamaha in great condition that was really comfortable to ride and did the whole trip around the island with a passenger on the back, no problem at all.
The owner insisted that I take photos and videos of the scooter before driving away for my own records/piece of mind. There is also no cash deposit, simply the noting of a credit card number as the deposit. Really great place, can't recommend enough

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The car fell apart by probably going over a speed bump or the wind. Since the beginning I told them the car sounded as if was going to fall apart. The front fence was already attached by drywall nails and glue. They charge me $1250 pesos more for them to fix it and to pay for the 1/4 of gas I used. I only used the car for 7 hours. Rip off, don’t rent from them!!! I did not put gas because I only made it back to the hotel and call you. If would had gone to put gs I would have ran over the fence the was already touching the floor. You would not rent cars that are falling apart! Fix your cars and get rid of the junks.
