Compramos el tour para el Cielo, a las 11, y al llegar nos dicen que la barca ya se lleno con los 13 primeros, y 4 que quedamos nos tenemos que esperar hasta las 13 horas, dos horas de retraso. Mucha cara. Evítenlos. THEY SELL MORE PLACES THAN THEY HAVE. We bought the tour to Heaven, at 11, and upon arrival they told us that the boat was already filled with the first 13, and 4 that we were left, we had to wait until 1:00 p.m., two hours late. A lot of face. Avoid them.
A	Aline Nazareth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos venderam um tour que não foi cumprido (Cozumel): passeio começou com mais de 1h de atraso, o chão do barco não era de vidro, não podia voltar em qualquer horário de ferri, o tubo do snorkel não era novo (em plena pandemia) e não era nem bebida nem comida (ceviche e frutas) à vontade na embarcação. A pior parte foi que meu pacote incluía clube de praia para uso total das instalações e transporte de regresso terrestre ao píer: surpresa chegar lá e ser cobrada por algo que já tinha pagado e não foi barato. Meu vendedor (Santiago) simplesmente sumiu e parou de responder nessa hora We were sold a tour that was not completed (Cozumel): tour started more than 1 hour late, the boat floor was not glass, could not return at any time by ferry, the snorkel tube was not new (in the middle of the pandemic ) and there was neither drink nor food (ceviche and fruit) at will on the vessel. The worst part was that my package included beach club for full use of the facilities and backland transport to the pier: surprise getting there and being charged for something I had already paid for and it wasn't cheap. My seller (Santiago) just disappeared and stopped responding at that time
C	Carmen Devora on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reason I'm giving one star is because this guy on the tour coco charged me for pictures and videos and i never got the videos, i contacted him about them and he said his phone Broke and would send them that same day and i never got them, i would recommend not to pay this guy nothing unless he gave you all he promised, also don't pay a huge amount he is asking is a rip off i wouldn't pay more that 20 dollars, also the pictures weren't good he said he has 100 pictures but in all reality is like 10 because he had like 10 pics of the exact same thing and my husband had his hand in his face in 35 of those pictures he didn't retake them or give us better ones. Also they give you ceviche but its out of a dish where everyone eats out of super gross i didn't eat any.
