Nuestra Historia

En 1968 se estableció en Pénjamo, Guanajuato una planta industrializadora de mármol para atender los mercados de las ciudades principales de Guanajuato y Guadalajara, Jalisco. La razón social inicial fue Mármoles del Centro S.A. de C.V. bajo la dirección de don Humberto Pérez Vidrio. Entonces se cortaba parquet 10 x 30 cm que era la medida comercial.

En el año de 1974 se compró la primera laminadora italiana para abastecer de placa de mármol a nuestros clientes. Aquí se formó Mármoles Pevi, S.A. de C.V.

En el año de 1978 la compañía logró el contrato de exclusividad para vender en el país los mármoles de Guatemala: Verde Tikal y Blanco Alejandra.

En el año de 1981, para atender mejor a la región Occidente y Pacífico, se estableció un centro de distribución en Guadalajara, Jalisco. Para estas fechas y desde entonces con el objeto de satisfacer a nuestro mercado, además de procesar mármoles del país se importan mármoles, canteras y granitos de distintas partes del mundo como Brasil, Guatemala, España, Italia, etc.

A partir del 2006 se decidió que el Centro de Distribución de Guadalajara se manejara de manera independiente dando lugar a distintas razones sociales familiares que continúan atendiendo a los clientes de Mármoles Pevi, S.A. de C.V.

Así surgió nuestra empresa, TROYSTONE , Mármoles y Granitos en Guadalajara encabezada por Don Humberto Pérez Medel, con el énfasis de atender las necesidades de los constructores ofreciendo un servicio integral y especializado hacia nuestros clientes..

C	CHAMERY07 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Area de ventas PESIMO, tengan cuidado cuando les saquen las medidas, pidan que les verifiquen 2 veces, y todo quede por escrito en caso de que haya problemas. pongo una estrella por que al final si me resolvieron el detalle que generaron ellos mismos, lamentablemente el vendedor es hijo del dueño, hasta eso el Ing Humberto mis respetos gran persona, pero su vendedor mal, no contesta llamadas y mas cuando hubo un problema. PESIMO sales area, be careful when the measures are taken, ask them to verify them twice, and everything remains in writing in case there are problems. Después de varios proyectos y de haberlos considerado como un proveedor en mi empresa me queda claro que jamás los volvería a recomendar ni volveré a trabajar con ellos. Consideran importantes únicamente a sus clientes grandes y a los demás los tratan con la punta del pie y con una informalidad impresionante. En mi vida un proveedor había sido tan irrespetuoso, déspota y grosero como el seudo dueño de esta “empresa”. No contraten nada con ellos. The worst service. Le pedí que le preguntara a algún técnico de la empresa que conociera las características del mármol. Me pidió que esperara en la línea pero nunca regresó y luego colgó la llamada. Volví a llamarle y me dijo que lo que pasaba es que ellos solamente vendían el mármol pero que no sabían cómo se podía limpiar. I called to ask what the marble can be cleaned with daily. The young lady who answered me said she did not know. I asked him to ask a technician from the company who knew the characteristics of the marble. He asked me to wait on the line but he never came back and then hung up the call. I called him again and he said that what happened is that they only sold the marble but they did not know how it could be cleaned.
K	Karla Martinez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuvo horrible, quedaron en tardar 10 días hábiles en ponerme el granito y al 6to todavía no tomaban medidas, nos quebraron la piedra que queríamos y después de que pedimos el dinero se negaron, nos ofrecieron otra y nos la pusieron toda reventada, aparte el ingeniero es un arrogante y prepotente. Edito esta reseña ya que la respuesta de "Teresa Gómez" es mi historia, hasta en eso quedaron mal, fui con mi mamá Teresa Garcia, y ni en el apellido pusieron atención, hubo un momento en el que el ingeniero me dijo que me cumplía mi berrinche de querer una zona de la placa que quise al principio, "berrinche" literalmente fue su palabra, y mi mamá me ayudó a contactarlos después de tanto que nos dejaron en visto y después me dijo que no era necesario que mi mamá le diera jalón de orejas, que yo era su clienta, pero no se si por la edad o por su predisposición de ser tan grosero, le valió.......en cuanto a la que nos ofrecieron después de que quebraron la que queríamos..... fuimos a bodega y vimos las reventadas y le mandé mensaje al ingeniero preguntandole si era esa la pieza y dijo que no, que era una nueva y sin estar quebrada, nosotros solo queríamos nuestro dinero, ofrecieron ponernos esa y estuvimos de acuerdo más no en que estaba reventada, justo fuimos a ver eso, y es mentira de que me estuvieron contactando, tengo mensajes que si no quieren que los divulgue ya mejor no le busquen, mensajes en los que el ingeniero Elias se portó muy poco profesional y muestra su verdadera cara. Como decía, no es verdad que nos estuvieron buscando, yo los estuve buscando hasta que el ingeniero me dijo "hazle como quieras" porque ya no me quería arreglar nada.
