★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola Somos La Familia Gomez Belmont , estuvimos hospedados para pasar el cumple de mi esposo del 07 al 09 de Febrero de este año y la verdad estamos muy agradecidos por la atención que nos brindaron desde que pisamos el hotel hasta que nos fuimos , queremos agradecer y mencionar a cada uno de las personas que nos atendieron y que recordaremos con mucho cariño , Bryan (Check Inn), Kymberly ( Mayordomo), Alexander (Supervisor Mayordomo) Monica Ocampo (Zentropia), Kevin (Chofer de lanchita en el rio), Mesero del restaurante El Gaucho , Eduardo (Check out) y en especial queremos agradecer y felicitar a todo el equipo de Animación que nos hicieron sus amigos y ya no nos queríamos salir del hotel por su atención :) , gracias a Benjamín, Richy, Chloe, Dante, etc..., por supuesto los visitaremos nuevamente y los recomendaremos , solo quiero mencionar que algo que me encantaba del hotel y por lo que regrese fue por la música que se escuchaba dentro de la alberca y que anteriormente que fui con mis amigas nos había encantado igual que por el delicioso circuito de hidromasaje de Zentropia, para que lo consideren y lo vuelvan a tener incluido en el TRS, mil gracias a todos y cada uno de los que labora ahí, felicidades al dueño y a todos los que hacen posible esa aventura, también la cena y show del CHIC, el restaurante francés nos encanto , gracias, gracias , gracias
Hello, We are the Gomez Belmont Family, we stayed to spend my husband's birthday from February 07 to 09 of this year and the truth is that we are very grateful for the attention they gave us from the moment we set foot in the hotel until we left, we want to thank and mention each of the people who attended us and that we will remember with great affection, Bryan (Check Inn), Kymberly (Butler), Alexander (Supervisor Butler) Monica Ocampo (Zentropia), Kevin (Boat driver on the river), Waiter from El Gaucho restaurant, Eduardo (Check out) and especially we want to thank and congratulate the entire Animation team who made us their friends and we no longer wanted to leave the hotel for their attention :) , thanks to Benjamín, Richy, Chloe, Dante, etc..., of course we will visit them again and recommend them, I just want to mention that something that I loved about the hotel and what I came back for was the music that was heard inside the pool and that I previously went with my friends had loved it just as much as for the delicious Zentropia hydromassage circuit, so that they consider it and include it again in the TRS, a thousand thanks to each and every one of those who work there, congratulations to the owner and to all those who they make this adventure possible, also the CHIC dinner and show, we loved the French restaurant, thank you, thank you, thank you
