TRS Coral Hotel - 77400 Cancún

The TRS Coral was an absolutely fantastic place to stay. One of our favorite holidays. Everything about it was first class. The service by ALL staff members was amazing - everyone was SO friendly and helpful. The personal Butler service was a VERY helpful aspect of the stay. The food was awesome - both the food itself and the selection. Wide variety of different types of food. The rooms were very high end - the beds, the bathroom, the electronics, everything. We had such a fantastic stay at the TRS and will definitely look to visit another TRS sometime soon.

I highly recommend TRS Coral/Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres! To start off the ambiance of the hotel is immaculate and gives a modern contemporary vibe. We stayed in the family selection building. The room was 2 stories and did not disappoint! The first level included a full bathroom, bar space, and living room. On the first floor balcony there was a whirlpool Jacuzzi with an amazing view! The second floor included the king sized bed, a small living space, and a full bath. The food at the resort was great! We really enjoyed all the variety the resort offered! The only downside about the restaurants would be that you could only make a reservation for one restaurant per night. I know for some that might not be much of a downside, but I really enjoy going from restaurant to restaurant. All in all I would recommend you visit this resort, they are very accommodating to all your needs!

This was the best solo trip ever and having two amazing butlers was the cherry on top. Miguel and Ivan was so attentive and nice. I mean EVERYONE on staff was so nice and welcoming and made sure my stay was enjoyable. I had a Junior Swim Up room. The room was huge, clean and comfortable. I would recommend this all inclusive resort on your for your next vacation.

Great place to have a week off. All facilities are superb, same as the service. Food is good depending on the place you choose, and there are plenty of options. I would stay away from the bar near the main pool. Just fast food, regular quality. At night most of the other restaurants are open and are way better. Hotel is away from the main city, so do not expect to have several shopping options. There are a few stores with good options if you are.just looking for a souvenir or a small gift to bring home.

Wanted to update this review from my initial 5 stars and give an in-depth review. I loved the TRS Coral and think that everyone should visit it. The rooms, service, food, and people were great. We had two incredible butlers Alfredo and Mateo that I loved and decorated my room for my birthday. The other butlers were also just as great and constantly making sure you felt at home and that every thing was great. Lupita when I checked in was great and the check in process was smooth and easy. At the pool bar I can't remember their names but they were funny and made great drinks. Pool area is nice I would like a deeper pool but it was a beautiful pool. If you stay at the TRS you have access to the grand palladium which is a little walk or golf cart right over, which is nice as well. The only cons I have think about are the vibes are very relaxed to some degree. Honestly I think it depends on the crowd there day to day. Some days there were more party people and others more calm. If you are looking for a crazy non stop party this might not be for you, but if you want to make your own party this might be the best place for you.

First, the service was great at the resort, and the rooms were very clean. Everyone that worked at the resort was kind, and friendly and made the experience enjoyable. The beach was nice and there is no shortage of seating. However, we found ourselves incredibly hungry the whole time because the food wasn’t very good. Everything was served cold, and on our last night we forgot to make any reservations anywhere and were turned away at the restaurant we wanted to try. We figured they just had a limited supply so we mentioned we were happy to wait, and were told no again. We were so bummed and just ready to go home by then. This is our first all inclusive so maybe it’s universal for the food to not be very good and service to be refused without reservations? But, it definitely turned me off of this style of vacationing and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

Really nice Hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. Had a nice relaxing stay here, very nice rooms. Don’t normally do the all inclusive thing but with such a good choice of restaurants you could have something different every night. Really rated the Italian and also the Japanese across in the Grand Palladium. Didn’t rate the Thai restaurant however...very strange take on Thai food...and El Gaucho steaks were not that good. All other restaurants were good. The entertainment guys and girls were great, Daniel, Benjamin, Alexandra, Monica and Dante were all good fun and there was plenty to do. Great water sports (though the paddle boarding is a bit tame but can understand why) and a big shout out to Kevin and Harry on the beach with the sailing and Kayaking, really friendly and helpful guys. Our two butlers Emmanuel and Shadia were very helpful and attentive and looked after us well. All the other staff in general were very friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay in a nice hotel with good food. Would come again. One adverse comment I do have is please Palladium forget the hard sell with the Travel Club, didn’t enjoy that....

I highly recommend staying at TRS Coral for your next Cancun trip. The resort grounds are beautiful and fun to explore (by boat, kayak, paddle board, golf cart, or foot)! It was a perfect mix of laid back vibes and a fun nightlife. There is so much to do and the staff makes sure you have a great time. I really appreciate Benjamin, Alexandra, and Dante who made the effort to connect with us and make our experience really special in the activities we did. All the food I ate at the restaurants were very delicious, I was never disappointed. If you stay here, the Chic Cabaret is a MUST SEE experience!
