Lo malo es q entre semana no te las preparan en el lugar, solo te venden las truchas para llevar
I like the trout from that place more than anything because its flavor that I imagine is due a lot to the water where they are raised, since it is very clean water.
The bad thing is that during the week they do not prepare them on the spot, they only sell you the trout to take away
