Lugar al aire libre donde puedes disfrutar de una deliciosa trucha en diferentes guisos o puedes pedir gorditas y otros antojitos. Junto al restaurante pasa un río que alimenta los estanques donde viven las truchas, las cuales se sirven frescas, recién sacadas del agua. El lugar está muy cerca de Xalapa y Coatepec. Como ahí es criadero, las truchas siempre están frescas y de muy buen tamaño. Pero sobre todo, las preparan con un sazón riquísimo.
