★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar Campestre con una execelente vista a 15 minutos de Zacatlán pero vale la pena, el comedor es una cabaña muy agradable, esta el criadero de truchas aun lado del restaurante puedes escoger pescar tu trucha lo cual hace que tu platillo este 100% fresco, hay que esperar una media hora mientras preparan mientras tanto puedes apartar tu mesa y dar una caminata por el lugar que tiene una hermosa vista hacia el rio rodeado de naturaleza tambien tiene asientos al aire libre, algunos juegos infantiles, o puedes permanecer en el restaurante tomar algún aperitivo, tienen algunas cerveza nacionales, aguas de fruta de temporada y puedes pedir una entrada mientras esperas te ofrecen quesadillas y una botana de totopos y aderezo de chipotle, la atencion es amable. Es un lugar para ir con calma relajante solo se escucha el ruido de los arboles y los pajaritos silvestres. Hay diferentes modos de preparacion de las truchas y de esto de pende el precio, pero tudas las variedades son deliciosas y saludables lo recomiendo ampliamente.
