Truhome te lleva de la mano en todo el proceso, te acompaña en tu elección de departamento y ofrecen asesoría legal para evitarte problemas a la firma de tu contrato. Mi asesora Carolina fue la mejor asesora que pudieron darme, ya firme y solo estoy en espera de que me entreguen mi depto. Muy confiable y recomendable!.

Les llevas el cliente comprador y hasta te indican como hacer la factura y una vez firmada la escritura te dejan de contestar o esperando en la línea. Tecnocasa cuando menos te dice desde un principio que no comparte comisión.
!Appalling!. They do not pay commissions when you collaborate with them as an external advisor, even with an invoice. You take the buyer client and they even tell you how to make the invoice and once the deed is signed they stop answering or waiting in line. Tecnocasa at least tells you from the beginning that it does not share commission.

En el proceso de venta de mi propiedad es un asco, tardaron un mes para explicarle el contacto, quedan de enviar un fotografo y no lo mandan, van 2 veces que me hacen viajar a Querétaro y me cancelan las fotos el mismo día, dicen que fue por no confirmar la visita del fotografo (ya que les demuestro no tener llamadas perdidas de ellos) me dicen que realmente le dio COVID al fotografo. Me valuaron mi propiedad en un precio, luego me recomiendan que baje el valor de mi propiedad en más de un 50% para poder venderla. Es imposible contactar a los asesores (tengo 3) ninguno contesta, siempre es a través de Whatsapp con un robot y te responde alguien que no es tu asesor días después.

Los involucramos para que “revisaran la documentación “ pero no hicieron nada. Al contrario, resultó que no teníamos los lugares d estacionamiento que nos dijeron. Los estuvimos correteando todo el tiempo. Un caos. Mi recomendación es que lo hagas todo tú con asesoría de un buen abogado. Te va a salir más barato y te vas a estresar menos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Ellos hicieron de brokers pero una vez que se hizo el trámite inicial, sus respuestas fueron lentas. Solo me mostraron una casa y quedaron pendientes en enviarme más propuestas. No respondían a los mensajes. Básicamente me dejaban en visto tanto la abogada como los mandos superiores. Terminé perdiendo el crédito, ya que entre los errores en los documentos de la propiedad y sus retrasos, pasaron los 4 meses de vigencia. Nunca más y no lo recomiendo para nada, a menos que quieran perder el tiempo.
Terrible service. They acted as brokers but once the initial process was done, their responses were slow. They only showed me a house and they were waiting to send me more proposals. They did not respond to messages. Basically, both the lawyer and the higher-ups left me in the dark. I ended up losing credit, since between the errors in the property documents and their delays, the 4 months of validity passed. Never again and I don't recommend it at all, unless you want to waste your time.
