★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy, 27 de junio del 2018 hablé a propósito de una promoción que aparece en su catálogo 2018. Primero me dijeron que sólo era válido en tiendas metropolitanas (como la de ermita), luego que no, que era para compradores mayoristas. Hablé a Ermita y me dijeron que ellos no hacen descuento, que el descuento probablemente era para compras en línea. O sea, por ningún lado aparece el descuento y todos se hacen rosca. Está como para ir a denunciar al Consumidor por información falsa y tramposa. Por mi parte seguiré buscando en otras tiendas donde no me sienta engañada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta la calidad de las herramientas tienen buena relación calidad- precio, los diseños son muy buenos y encuentras la mayoría de lo que necesitas. El personal de ventas te atiende bien en tus dudas pero el personal de seguridad es prepotente, acosador y te hace sentir incómodo todo el tiempo que estás dentro de la tienda.
I like the quality of the tools, they are good value for money, the designs are very good and you find most of what you need. The sales staff take good care of your questions, but the security staff is arrogant, harassing and makes you feel uncomfortable the whole time you are in the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefasto el servicio, las chicas que apoyan en especial la supervisoras superdespotas, nunca me habian tratado ni habia visto a alguien tratar asi a sus subalternos, que bueno que me fui al local del la esquina superservicio y alla si valoran a cliente, literal les deje el carrito como con 9000 en compras por su actitud de esa señora.

Los precios la verdad son bastante accesibles. No te tratan ni bien ni mal. Simplemente si sabes por lo que vas lo tomas pagas y tan tan. Si necesitas alguna ayuda pues pregunta y te atienden así de simple. Hace poco compre un desarmados de joyero con 30 puntas por 99 pesos. Es increíble el precio, en Internet lo vi en 230 pesos. También compre un llavero con luz, desarmador, navaja, Abre botellas y desarmados de Cruz en 65 pesos y en otros lugares lo vi en 150. Aquí si venden con las 3 B. BUENO, BONITO Y BARATO. Si no encuentras el producto puedes ir a las otras dos tiendas Truper que están sobre la misma calle sólo que enfrente y en alguna seguro que lo tendrán.
I have been several times and have never been treated badly. The assortment is very good and complete. I have bought several things and they have all worked very well for me. Especially those of the Truper brand. The prices are really quite affordable. They don't treat you well or badly. Simply if you know what you are going you take it you pay and so so. If you need any help, ask and they will take care of you that simple. I recently bought a disassembled jewelry box with 30 tips for 99 pesos. The price is incredible, on the Internet I saw it at 230 pesos. I also bought a keychain with light, screwdriver, pocket knife, Bottle opener and Cruz screwdrivers for 65 pesos and in other places I saw it for 150. Here they do sell with 3 B. GOOD, PRETTY AND CHEAP. If you do not find the product you can go to the other two Truper stores that are on the same street only opposite and in some insurance they will have it.
