Casi una hora para que me hicieran una devolución de unas llaves y tuve que estar rogando, eso es un pésimo servicio, aparte yo pregunté un día antes si me hacían la devolución de lo que estaba comprando y me dijeron que no había problema, hoy que fui a cambiar el producto me dijeron que no era posible y si quería llevármelas tenía que ser sin el descuento que me aplican (descuento de convenio por empleado de otra empresa) y tenía que dejar una diferencia de $50.00 para que me hicieran el cambio, o me daban otro producto de menor calidad, la encargada al final le dijo a uno de los trabajadores (ya dáselas) con un tono deporable, como si me tuviera lastima! Pésimo servicio!! What a bad service! Almost an hour to get a return of some keys and I had to be begging, that's a lousy service, apart from that I asked a day before if they would give me the return of what I was buying and they told me there was no problem, today that I went to change the product they told me that it was not possible and if I wanted to take them with me it had to be without the discount that they apply to me (agreement discount by employee of another company) and I had to leave a difference of $ 50.00 to make the change to me, They gave me another lower quality product, the one in charge at the end told one of the workers (and give them to them) with a deporable tone, as if she had pity me! Los empleados son amables y te ayudan en en buscar los artículos, disipan tus dudas. El lugar podría estar mejor con más iluminación. Las cajas son rápidas. El horario de atención de lunes a Viernes de 8:30 a 6:30pm Sábado de 8:30 a 3pm Domingos cerrados. I like the place, affordable prices, personalized attention from the Truper line. Wide variety of items. 4 car garage, no wheelchair access to store as there is a handrail that rotates. The employees are friendly and help you in looking for the items, they dispel your doubts. The place could be better with more lighting. Checkouts are fast. Hours of operation Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Closed Sundays.
