★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para practicar TRX. De L-V el dueño/instructuror es una persona muy dinámica y te ayuda a mejorar. El instructor del sábado aún le falta un poco más el manejo de la clase, así como preparar mejor la clase ya que a veces ha tenido que acortar el tiempo de descanso o acelera un poco a la hora de contar las repeticiones.
Excellent place to practice TRX. From L-V the owner / instructor is a very dynamic person and helps you improve. The instructor on Saturday still lacks a little more handling of the class, as well as preparing the class better since sometimes he has had to shorten the rest time or accelerate a bit when counting the repetitions.
