★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well located. Clean, although it could be improved. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Great breakfast. Isolated from street noise, but not from the hallway. There was also this loud sound (kind of like a pump, because it would turn on and off irregularly) that would make the room vibrate, although it would be brief (5 seconds or so), it was loud enough to be annoying. Also, the housekeeper knocked and woke us up at 9 am (check-out is at noon), however, we did leave the "please clean" door hanger and it was clean when we came back. The shower would flood (water drains slower than it comes out) and the door handle is on the outside, with no handle on the inside, which makes it harder to close. TVs could/should be smart and also allow you to change the language of the show. Staff is kind and helpful. There's a 24h convenience store around the corner. Great hotel, not perfect. Would recommend for a business trip or weekend getaway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel has the kindest, most attentive staff I have ever experienced. They helped me fix my car and went out of their way to make sure I didn't get a parking ticket. When I needed to extend my stay on short notice they were able to accommodate me. The housekeeping is great and the rooms are well appointed. I won't be staying anywhere else when I come back to Mexico City.

I had to change the cards at least 3 times - it would not work either in the elevator, either to open the room. Once it happened when I walked for 8 floors up (yep, the elevator didn't work too) just to figure out that the card doesn't work again.
The AC was not working properly too - for some reason we needed to call to the front desk to switch it on and off all the time. The front desk lady said that the technician would come tomorrow but didn't. We had to remind again (it is a little bit of a problem because there is no way to have an air flow otherwise).
In general, people are nice, but the attention to details (for instance, there were literally holes in our towels) and all the problems with the technical things didn't leave a good impression.

Our breakfast was included. It was fresh and hot. Refills no problem. Long time since we experienced a decent hotel breakfast. From doormen to maids, everyone was ever cordial.
