Positive: Cleanliness Good breakfast. Negative: The door lock didn't work and had to be re-set... time lost Invoicing process at the check out was too long (20min) and not correctly completed No tea spoons available on the table at breakfast.

Positive: Friendly staff Good breakfast Easy access from the highway Enough parking space. Negative: Noise levels -The building has a steel frame (clearly visible in the rooms) which carries sound very easily. Combined with a paper-thin walls that don't dampen the sound at all (both internal walls and the outer shell of the building), busy highway next to the hotel and a neighbouring logistic center with trucks coming in and out day and night, barking guard dogs etc. it's really hard to find a quiet moment (even in the middle of the night). Might be a good idea to install some thick carpets into the hallways to at least dampen the internal sound sources, but unfortunately I don't think this issue can be completely resolved without some very significant architectural changes. Smell coming out of the heating/air conditioning unit - it is quite noisy as well, but the main issue was the smell coming out of it. Looks like someone tried to manage it and in an attempt to mask the original smell (probably caused by insufficient cleaning cycle of the air conditioning unit) they actually made it worse. Fortunately didn't need to use it much during my stay..

Positive: The staff were exceptional and went out their way to make you feel as comfortable as possible and to meet all your expectations. They were professional, friendly and went the extra distance to make it a special stay..

Very clean hotel with spacious rooms very nice bar area and a good selection of food on the menu and a good breakfast. Will stay again.

Great service and rooms were clean ?

This hotel was amazing! Truly we felt welcomed and safe. From the moment we arrived the door man grabbed our bags from the Uber and took them up to our room. Some of our favs: Modern design Comfortable bed and pillows Large refrigerator, stove top, sink Large closet with safe Get ready area with large mirror Super fast speed internet Cold AC!! Great shower with best shower head Restaurant with breakfast included Bar ;) Business center No pool sadly but everything else made up for it. We definitely will be back!!! Thank you for the tremendous service.

This was probably the best hotel experience we have ever had either in Mexico or the States due to quality and exceptional customer service! What attracted us to it in the first place is that they are pet-friendly and didn't have any size or breed restrictions for dogs. The receptionist (Yanin) was over-the-top friendly and helpful. The pet fee was 400 pesos (about $20 USD), which was reasonable. We chose the price option which included a small but very fresh breakfast buffet where the chef made omelets. The hotel itself is very well appointed for a middle-priced hotel. Looks brand new. The rooms are modern and huge and include a kitchen area with small dining table, cooktop surface, sink, microwave, and large fridge, many cupboards. It was beautifully decorated and immaculate! Loved the hard wood floors! Mattress was very comfortable, showerhead exceptional, large bathroom with lots of closet space and a safe. All staff were amazing! The female bartender/waitress that we had at their restaurant the first evening was very friendly. I think her name was Irin. And the breakfast staff the next morning were excellent as well. We have never experienced such a polite staff. All hotels should learn from them because they would have a lot more repeat business. The location was very convenient, on the East side of Hwy 57 going through the city of San Luis Potosi. We will definitely be staying each year as we are snowbirds from Minnesota who drive to Southern Mexico for the winter with our Rottweiler.

Beautiful accomodations. Staff was very friendly, room was perfect, complimentary breakfast was delicious, great secure location. Ricardo, the evening concierge was extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. Very pet friendly. Highly recommend!
