 The place is very nice and pleasant, the service is good, the drinks are very tasty, I just didn't like the ciabatta, they are too simple for the cost they have.

I particularly love the frappé of this place, without a doubt I will return, I think that one of the best frappé with tapioca, the teas are not even made of dehydrated fruits. Excelent service.!

Nota: no venden alimentos únicamente bebidas.
Siento que tendría más toque si las personas consumen en el local qué usarán vasos y tazas aunque sus desechables sean biodegradables.
Very rich teas and herbal teas, Bubble Tea too and they have interesting flavors. The place is super nice to hang out.
Note: they do not sell food only drinks.
I feel that it would have more touch if people consume in the place what they will use glasses and cups even if their disposables are biodegradable.

Sugerencia: prueba tu bebida antes de retirarte y si no cumple el estándar, pude un rembolso o que la vuelvan a hacer bien.
The coconut milk-based chai drink they gave us yesterday, poor quality. All the times before, exquisite.
Tip: Try your drink before you leave and if it doesn't meet the standard, I can get a refund or have it remade right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tsai tea bar es un lugar muy agradable para pasar un rato, el local está muy bonito, con muchos detalles en el diseño.
Las bebidas son buenas con un precio entre $60 - 80, nosotros tomamos una tisana fría y un milk tea de cheesecake, ambos nos gustaron mucho. Pedimos también un brownie, pero aunque si tenía buen sabor era demasiado seco y no lo volvería a pedir.
El personal es un poco distraído, nos dieron las bebidas pero se les olvidó el brownie hasta que lo volvimos a pedir.
Tsai tea bar is a very nice place to hang out, the place is very nice, with many details in the design.
The drinks are good with a price between $60 - 80, we had a cold tisane and a cheesecake milk tea, both of which we liked very much. We also ordered a brownie, but although it tasted good it was too dry and I would not order it again.
The staff is a bit distracted, they gave us the drinks but forgot the brownie until we ordered it again.
