Desconozco el nombre de la persona que me atendió, pero sin duda fue pésima su actitud. Contesta el teléfono sin siquiera mencionar "buenos días, habla usted a tal parte"; pregunto si me comuniqué a tal empresa y me contesta sí. Pregunto por 2 personas para saber si estaban y no me da respuesta clara. Me deja esperando en el teléfono 5min y me dice luego, con desdén, "¿qué se le ofrece?" Le comento, "hablo de tal empresa, mi nombre es tal...puedo hablar con tal o cual persona" y me vuelve a preguntar, "quién habla, de dónde?" Le contesto, "hablo tal de tal empresa"...qué quiere? Me interrumpe. "Es para ofrecer algún servicio?" Sí, le contesto y me indica, aquí no requerimos eso. Y le pregunto, "es usted el director de la empresa o el encargado de tal área como para asegurarme tal cosa?" Me dice, no, pero me agarra usted en un momento difícil. Increíble sinceramente. Never, in my professional life history, have I been treated so poorly in a company. I do not know the name of the person who attended me, but his attitude was certainly terrible. He answers the phone without even mentioning "good morning, are you talking to that part"; I ask if I contacted such a company and it answers yes. I ask for 2 people to find out if they were there and it doesn't give me a clear answer. He leaves me waiting on the phone for 5 minutes and then he says, with disdain, "What is on offer?" I tell him, "I am talking about such a company, my name is such ... can I speak to this or that person" and he asks me again, "who is talking, from where?" I reply, "I'm talking about such a company" ... what do you want? It interrupts me. "Is it to offer some service?" Yes, I answer and it indicates to me, here we do not require that.
