★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casas dentro del Fraccionamiento Aiyana, cerca del Tec de Mty. y del Centro de convenciones. La zona me pareció muy agradable. El diseño de las casas es totalmente tipo industrial/urbana, con buenos acabados y buen diseño. El espacio es suficiente, considerando que son tipo Loft. La alberca si bien no es grande, permite una estancia más acogedora. El único inconveniente es la orientación en cuanto al sol, ya que no todas las casas reciben buena iluminación en la zona de jardín/alberca y seguramente al terminar el desarrollo, habrá algunas casas que lleguen a verse un poco obscuras. Para los que les gustan este tipo de construcciones, es una opción a considerar.
Houses within the Aiyana Fractionation, near the Tec de Mty. and the Convention Center. I found the area very pleasant. The design of the houses is totally industrial / urban type, with good finishes and good design. The space is enough, considering that they are Loft type. Although the pool is not large, it allows a more welcoming stay. The only drawback is the orientation in terms of the sun, since not all the houses receive good lighting in the garden / pool area and surely at the end of the development, there will be some houses that come to look a bit dark. For those who like this type of construction, it is an option to consider.
