Es fraude. La pintan bonito pero no es como dicen. Investiguen antes de caer con ellos y es mejor un crédito hipotecario en banco

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ me trataron de estafar, me ofrecieron un supuesto credito y me trataron de aser firmar otro plan diferente. es mas barato en el banco. si quieres 350 mil tienes ke darles 150 mil mas como 50 mil mas. y tardan xuatro meses en prestarte el supuesto dinero y tienes ke pagar la mensualidad y la inscripcion mensual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde el primer día se portaron súper amables y me explicaron muy bien. Muy clara toda la documentación, firma de contrato clara y te lo envían al correo electrónico. Si adelantas pagos bajan mucho. Pero si por alguna razón decides cancelar olvídate de tu dinero no te regresan nada del enganche ni de las mensualidades que ya hayas dado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me han dado un servicio y atención excelentes; son muy amables y aclaran todas mis dudas. Esto lo escribí en 2020; hoy (diciembre 2021) puedo decir que no basta que sean "amables", el fin de esta empresa es prestar dinero para la adquisición de un inmueble (básicamente) sin embargo, piden tantos requisitos que hasta los vendedores le dan la vuelta porque saben que el trámite se va a estancar por tanto requisito y tiempos que ellos fijan.
Hasta el momento de la adjudicación, todo es amabilidad y servicio pero una vez adjudicado, hay mucha formalidad (exagerada, ridícula; hasta para una llamada hay que hacer cita por correo electrónico). En fin, sigo en espera de mis trámites a ver si logro comprar el terreno que me interesa. Pero la verdad, yo recomendaría buscar otras opciones (con la competencia o mejor aún con bancos) y ver si los procedimientos son más ágiles y eficientes.

Anyway, I'm still waiting for my paperwork to see if I can buy the land that interests me. But the truth, I would recommend looking for other options (with the competition or better yet with banks) and see if the procedures are more agile and efficient.

12 month it took to close on a deal that would’ve been done in 30 days with any different bank.
