★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuvimos mala experiencia con la atención, hicimos cita para que nos mostrarán un auto y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que lo habían llevado a verificar y que tardarían una hora en regresar, por cuestiones de trabajo no pudimos esperar, nos dijeron que en cuanto llegarán, nos llamarían para mostrarnos el auto en video llamada, y jamás nos llamaron. Estábamos muy interesados, los autos que tienen están muy bonitos, lastima que no tuvimos la mínima atención.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día 9 de diciembre de 2021 adquirí un vehículo BMW en dicho negocio con el señor Sergio Chavez Mendoza. Este vehículo al ingresarlo a la agencia para reparar los detalles de pintura en facia que ya traía al momento de la compra ,los técnicos me muestran que el vehículo tiene un fuerte golpe en suspensión y el frente descuadrado (facia, salpicaderas y cofre)los cuales no eran visibles a simple vista. El monto de la reparación ascendió a mas de 70000 pesos (cambio de amortigudores delanteros, pata telescópica y soporte giratorio, hojalatería y pintura). Por mi parte cambié las 4 llantas ya que una venía con un chipote y otra venía seccionada. El auto venía con 12 multas de exceso de velocidad que ascendían a mas de 20000 pesos que casualmente ellos no sabían de dicho adeudo , pudimos llegar a un acuerdo respecto a las multas. Me comuniqué con el vendedor para hacerle saber el problema del auto golpeado, en ningún momento le pedí dinero y solo fue para hacerle saber el pésimo auto que me había vendido. Me quedo con mi pérdida por no revisar bien. No caigas, que no te estafen, los autos no están en buen estado.
