★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me hicieron realizar un depósito para acordar firma de contrato y el departamento fue "rentado" por la dueña a otra persona eligiendo otro perfil, se me hace incoherente primero solicitar un apartado y después decirte que otro perfil quedó SIN MOTIVO ALGUNO, por qué no marcaron ni a mis referencias nada, se me hace una falta de respeto por qué no hay un compromiso, el asesor SANTIAGO de primera instancia súper amable después del apartado me respondía cuando quería, mi depósito NO APARECÍA exactamente cuando tenían que reembolsarme 5 días después de mi pago, tuve que marcar como 3 números incluyendo el asesor para una solución solo una persona fue la capacitacitada dando solución.
EL ASESOR me dijo es que hoy no trabajo, en fin muchas cuestiones.
They made me make a deposit to agree to sign the contract and the apartment was "rented" by the owner to another person choosing another profile, it makes me incoherent to first request a section and then tell you that another profile was left for NO REASON, why didn't they mark nothing to my references, it is disrespectful to me why there is no commitment, the super friendly first-instance advisor SANTIAGO answered me when I wanted, my deposit DID NOT APPEAR exactly when they had to reimburse me 5 days after my payment, I had to dial about 3 numbers including the advisor for a solution, only one person was trained to provide a solution.
THE ADVISOR told me is that today I do not work, in short many questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Después de un año al terminar el contrato de renta, se están negando a devolverme mi parte del depósito realizado al comienzo del contrato alegando que ellos no se pueden hacer cargo porque rentamos dos personas y si le van a renovar a la otra persona USANDO MI PARTE DEL DEPÓSITO sin consultarme y sin ofrecerme la devolución de mi parte.
Esto es una estafa porque NO es lo que procede. No lo recomiendo para nada mucha falta de seriedad. Para cobrar si están detrás de uno y para finalizar como se debe, se desentienden.
After a year at the end of the rental contract, they are refusing to return my part of the deposit made at the beginning of the contract, alleging that they cannot take charge because we rent two people and if they are going to renew the other person USING MY PART OF THE DEPOSIT without consulting me and without offering me a refund on my part.
This is a scam because it is NOT what is coming. I do not recommend it at all, a lot of lack of seriousness. To collect if they are behind one and to finish as it should, they disregard.
