★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MAL SERVICIO, deje mi mac 4 semanas y nunca consiguieron la pieza que le faltaba, me dijo el tecnico que la antena para wifi necesitaba ser reemplazada y ese no era el problema, MAL DIAGNOSTICO, me mencionaron que se iba tardar aprox dos semanas o mas en conseguir la pieza, pero nunca le dieron seguimiento a mi caso, el tecnico si se porto amable en todo momento, pero medio un mal diagnostico de que era lo que le pasaba a mi mac, solo necesitaba una actualizacion para que volviera a funcionar y me querian vender una antena nueva en $1500 pesos, tan mal esta el servicio que hasta sus propios empleados te recomiendan ir a otro lado para que te solucionen las cosas, lo peor fue que cuando recogi mi equipo ME LO ENTREGARON TODO MANCHADO CABLE, MAC Y LA MOCHILA PARA PROTEGERLA, REGRESE A MI CASA Y MI MAC QUEDO CON UN MANCHA BLANCA NO SE SI SEA DE PEGAMENTO O ALGUN SILICON Y NO SE LE QUITA, NADA RECOMENDABLE EL ESTABLECIMIENTO, MUY AMABLES PERO NO SABEN HACER SU TRABAJO, MEJOR VALLAN A DOCTOR MANZANA SALE CARO PERO ELLOS SI LE SABEN.
BAD SERVICE, I left my mac for 4 weeks and they never got the missing part, the technician told me that the wifi antenna needed to be replaced and that was not the problem, BAD DIAGNOSIS, they mentioned that it would take about two weeks or more to get the part, but they never followed up on my case, the technician was friendly at all times, but he misdiagnosed what was wrong with my mac, I just needed an update to get it working again and They wanted to sell me a new antenna for $ 1500 pesos, the service is so bad that even their own employees recommend you go elsewhere to get things sorted out for you, the worst thing was that when I picked up my equipment THEY DELIVERED IT ALL STAINED CABLE, MAC AND THE BACKPACK TO PROTECT IT, I RETURNED TO MY HOUSE AND MY MAC IS WITH A WHITE STAIN. I DO NOT KNOW IF IT IS GLUE OR SOME SILICON AND IT IS NOT REMOVED, NOTHING RECOMMENDED THE ESTABLISHMENT, VERY KIND BUT THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB, THEY BETTER WORTH DOCTO R APPLE IS EXPENSIVE BUT THEY DO KNOW YOU.
