Nadie te explica el proceso de compra y los empleados no tienen mucha actitud de servicio ni ganas de querer vender. Very bad service. Compré un calentador en la 25 poniente, tuve que ir por él a Reforma, me hicieron ver que no tenía golpes, pero al llegar a casa y quitarle las protecciones para poderlo conectar, encontré que estaba oxidado. De inmediáto llame a la tienda y la Srita.
