Terrible attention, they do not answer you by phone, they give you a WhatsApp number to make your request for a quote and they leave you on seen, I never received a response to my request.

Te atienden de mala manera, displicentes e indiferentes, le dan preferencia a los mayoristas o a las personas que son clientes frecuentes, si vas a comprar pocas cosas te tardan muchísimo tiempo en atenderte, creo que deben de mejorar su atención al cliente!
Los precios y materiales muy buenos, encuentras de todo!!
My rating is because the attention is very, very bad! They serve you in a bad way, dismissive and indifferent, they give preference to wholesalers or people who are frequent customers, if you are going to buy few things they take a long time to serve you, I think they should improve their customer service!
