Tardaron 3.5 meses en conseguir las piezas por su terquedad de querer buscarlas en todos lados menos en la agencia, y acabaron comparándolas en la agencia. Dijeron que iban a cambiar los faros de mi vehículo y solo los pegaron. Este taller se ve que se quedó estancado en los 60's. Están aferrados al pasado y nunca se modernizaron ni mejoraron nada. Fotos de sus años de gloria con personajes famosos de antaño no sirven de nada si esos años de gloria los dejaron atrás y no hicieron nada por mantener el mismo nivel y calidad en el servicio. Hoy en día un negocio que te dice que cierra de 2 a 3 por qué es la hora de comida y no trabajan los sábados y de L-V su horario es de 9 a 5, no funciona. Quede invitado a nunca más regresar. Mi calificación es de 5 estrellas pero negativas. Terrible service, late and bad. Very bad quality. No tuve otra opción, ya que el seguro me mando aquí ? Espero me arreglen mi carro en los 15 días que dijeron, de lo contrario estaré dando mi queja ?. Desafortunadamente tienen nada de cultura respecto a su contaminación de ruido que generan, se la pasan voceando a sus trabajadores varias veces al día, como si estuvieran sordos o si existieran solos en la calle, es horrible que uno haga llamadas o grabaciones y al fondo "maestro Lucio al terreno 4" "maestro x apagar las máquinas", creo que no para nada conscientes del ruido que generan, incluso a veces ponen sus canciones del grupo "El mexicano" en contadas veces, pero en serio son un fastidio y al ver las reseñas de cómo trabajan no me queda duda, que sin duda una empresa de calidad no son. Mi esposo se dedica a la hojalateria y puedo decir que el solo hace cosas mejores y ni siquiera cuenta con un gran lugar como el que tienen ellos. Solo le echan la culpa a los de banorte y no se preocupan por dar un buen servicio. 2 weeks and they have not been able to get a single tire. A	Adolfo Orozco rosas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depolorable, tardaron mas de un mes en entregarme mi camioneta por la suspension, despues de 20 dias tuve que llevarla de regreso por que no la dejaron bien, ahora segun me la devuelven y casi sufri un accidente peor por simplemente no dejan correctamente armado, pero eso si te hacen firmar en blanco las encuestas de calidad en el servicio, tengo que llevar de nuevo mi camioneta por “garantia” por que no hacen bien las cosas
