Great experience with TuDoc. They have a very clean location & new equipment. I went for an annual check-up a few months ago. When it came to setting a quick follow up test, the Tudoc staff were persistent, yet polite, making sure I got in again. You could tell they care about ther patients. Thank you!

On a recent trip to Mexico, our family was hit with a bout of Montezuma's revenge. It became a bit concerning when it got to our 5 yr old daughter and she was losing weight rapidly and not eating. Before getting on the 5 hour flight home, we decided we better get it checked out. TUDOC was awesome from start to finish. They didn't require an appointment. It was a 5 minute Uber ride from our hotel right in the center of the city. It is a small facility but brand new looking, and extremely clean. The doctor spoke English, was very friendly, and was excellent with my 5 yr old daughter. After examining her, she gave us a prescription for an anti-cramping medication for her stomach, and another medicine for diarrhea. The pharmacy was only 2 blocks away and I had the medication within 5-10 minutes. Both worked wonders for our daughter and ourselves and we had an easy plane ride home and she was quickly on the mend. The visit was great for both peace of mind, and that it actually helped my daughter so much. Highly recommend for anyone in a similar situation. The cost was incredibly reasonable as well. All in all, a much better experience than I have had in the US.

My friend recommended the Polanco clinic to me. Convenient location and I had a great experience while there. Booked my antigen test 1 day in advance via What's App for my return flight to the States. FYI, I comprehend more Spanish than I speak. I'm conversational, though medical Spanish was a bit challenging. With that in mind, I still was able to navigate the appointment in Spanish from check-in to filling paperwork to the actual test. (If you're unsure of something, have Google Translate handy). Waited approx. 10 minutes for the results. Test results are printed and bilingual. With my negative result, I met the requirements to fly home. Antigen test was approx. 750 pesos/$34 USD.

Very friendly and prompt and professional. Except they gave me the wrong diagnosis on a potentially bad situation...it cost me a day that made my progression worse and left me with some longer term scarring on my face. They were extremely confident in their diagnosis despite some questioning on my part, but as it continued to worsen I got a second opinion the next day. With immediate treatment the scarring could've been avoided and now requires laser treatment to hopefully fix. I realize that no doctor can be 100% with diagnoses but my American MD friend remotely diagnosed it instantly with just a photograph (unf a day too late). They seem like good people but accuracy really matters in medicine, hence the low score...if not, then what is this score for?

Very nice place. We got covid tests here for traveling, and the staff was very helpful and the tests were fast. You can schedule by messaging on WhatsApp if you don’t speak Spanish, and they can set up an appointment for you in English that way.

Very professional and clean. Staff is incredibly friendly and understanding. This kind of medical attention is very rare in Mexico and to see this company paving the way for urgent care is remarkable.
