P	Prisciliano Bavines on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala la atención me cobraron una pieza que no tenían, me hacen perder mucho tiempo asta que deciden decirme que no la tienen que vaya por mi pieza a otra sucursal que dicho de más me quedaba muy retirado, pido mi devolución de efectivo y no quieren realizarlo que porque "sus políticas de la empresa" dice que no pueden realizar devolución de efectivo, yo argumento que no fue problema mío y eyos ( porque eran dos personas las que me estaban atendiendo) insistian que fuera a la otra sucursal total que después de tanto insistir mi devolución después de más tiempo perdido y una llamada que realizaron además de unas vueltas a la caja por fin me llaman para firmar unos papeles y hacerme la devolución de efectivo, obvio termine muy molesto Very bad attention they charged me for a piece that they did not have, they make me waste a lot of time until they decide to tell me that they do not have it to go for my piece to another branch that said too much I was very withdrawn, I ask for my cash back and they do not want to to do so because "their company policies" say that they cannot make cash back, I argue that it was not my problem and they (because there were two people who were attending me) insisted that I go to the other branch, after so much insisting on my return after more time wasted and a call that they made in addition to a few returns to the cashier they finally called me to sign some papers and make me the cash back, obviously I ended up very annoying
