L	Luis Duran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en esta ocasión, la unidad 247 "ejecutivo" que al parecer solo es un clásico con un asiento menos, nada que ver con los servicios ejecutivos que en el mismo mes he usado, los choferes pésima actitud y atención al pasajero, ya que no trae ni puerta divisoria de la cabina a la parte de atrás, son las 11 de la noche y estos parece que tienen un concierto de música y para acabarla desde que salí de Hermosillo 3 cigarros se a fumado el chófer arriba del autobús sin importarle los pasajeros y la peste, muy mal servicio TUFESA, pongan más atención a sus unidades y choferes y no den gato por liebre con los autobuses modificados de un 4 plazas ya que se pagó por un ejecutivo por la comodidad de los asientos. I bought an online ticket and clearly entered the passengers name but paid with my bank card and still, the ticket was issued with my name as the traveling passenger. It's saturday evening and I've spent the last 2 hours trying to get in contact with anyone to change the name on the ticket and i have not been able to get anyone. I really do hope that this gets taken care of in time for the correct person to travel. I'll post the result of this experience.
