Huge shout out to the staff at this resort! Butler Ana, Arturo and Alejandro have been nothing short of amazing this week. The resort is great but these three staff have made this another exceptional experience. Thank you so much Ana, Arturo and Alejandro for making our sister trip above and beyond what we could have dreamed! Kelly and Jennifer ??

Manuel and Anastasio were excellent Beach Butlers during our stay! They were always happy to help us get a members bed and set up towels on the bed for us. They checked in on us during the day and always asked if we needed anything. We really could not have asked for better Beach Butlers and look forward to seeing them again.

Excellent hotel and staff. One of the best all inclusive resorts I’ve stayed in. The staff always say hello and ask how your day is, and that’s ALL staff. The food is second to none, I’ve never been bored of eating each meal of each day. Vera, Eric, Alejandro and David (TUI) have all been super welcoming and made the stay superb. I’d happily recommend this resort to anyone

We had the most brilliant time here. The food was amazing, and so varied. The pools were great. The staff we so friendly and helpful, no request was too big. The beaches were spectacular too. Would recommend. Special shout out to Vera, Maria, Carlos, Sebastian and all the bar staff.

We have waited a couple of years for this holiday and it's been well worth the wait. We came with another couple and we have all thoroughly enjoyed it so much. The food and drink is out of this world and we cannot thank all the staff for all the hard work they do. Personally I would like to thank the beach butlers they are amazing thank you for everything. This hotel/resort is one of the most special places I have ever visited. There has never been a place I would actively go back and stay until I visited this hotel. We are a young couple who visited for 7 days from the 12th of May. Throughout the day, the hotel is a relaxing paradise with some of the best food I have ever tasted. You are looked after by some of the kindest hotel staff I have ever met and you reside close to some stunning coast line (tip! walk along the beach south to get to the best beach I have ever seen in my life. Take a beer with you and enjoy true paradise). In the evening, the hotel takes a lot of time setting up fantastic entertainment which feels authentic and special. If you still have energy, there is a great bar next to the beach which has lively music and drink until 1am. There was a couple of issues we had which should not over shadow this place at all. One evening we were told we didn't have a reservation which was incorrect. They found us a table but it seems like something went wrong with the booking. I suggest you take a picture of the booking when completed at the concierge (do this at the beginning of your stay!). There was a small mix-up with rooms but all was sorted and compensated which was fair and done quickly. All in all, this is an amazing hotel and I can not wait to visit sometime in the future when I am in Mexico.

This resort is beautiful, and the food is great, but it's the service that really stands out. For example, Manuel and Anastacio (beach butlers) were amazing. They helped us get a bed on the beach every day, and even decorated the bed with hibiscus flowers, seashells, and towel swans for that added tropical effect. I've also seen them move things around to accommodate people sunshine/shade requests. Everyone else from the waiters to the lobby staff to the housekeepers are great, too.

We have just returned from a fabulous 21 days staying on the Palms side. We were here in November and it’s amazing to see the constant care and attention this hotel gets in order to stay ahead of the pack. The grounds are superb and an army of workers are employed making sure they stay that way. The hotel is truly world class but we keep coming back because of the fabulous staff here who don’t just go out of their way to be helpful, they go above and beyond every day to ensure everything is perfect. Although all the staff were again amazing I would like to single out the work and attitude of our butlers Ana, Tomas and Arturo. They are not only the nicest people you could wish to meet but are the hardest working people you will find anywhere. They made our retirement celebration holiday absolutely perfect and even though there were lots of members to be looked after we honestly felt like we were the only people on their list to be taken care of. They are a credit to the hotel and the reason we will be booking trip number seven soon. Thank you so much for your hard work, you are all incredible!
