Tulum Bay - 77760 Tulum

A simple and attractive hotel between the road and a small cove, offering much better rates than nearby alternatives, with a lovely Italian restaurant and a sundeck up on the cliff overlooking the cove.

Minimalist, no frills except the amazing beach cove. The day staff was great very nice and respectful. The night security guard seemed a little off, not sure he was gay friendly.

Way to expensive for the "bungalow", it is sooo small for 2 people, dark, nothing to hang your clothes or towels. Not a chair or more space to put your stuff. It doesn't has a mirror. The room is located almost in the entrance so you can hear all the noice from cars of the street. Well the room is terrible. The breakfast is served in another place outside of the hotel and it is awful. They do not give natural juice, the crepes are cooked really bad, flavorless, any salsa. Really bad experience!! I will never come back.

Really nice hotel, a bit rustic as in the lizards can get right into your room and poop, but the hotel staff do try to keep it as clean as possible. Just steps away from the private beach. make sure to spend the extra money and get the ocean view room

I stayed for 6 nights. I loved this place. I liked the simple room and liked hearing the music from down the street ... Not everyone's cup of tea perhaps.. But for me it was heaven. The employees are awesum and nice and really helpful. I felt safe and didn't worry about my stuff.. There's a security guy all night... Yet the area is cool and I never worried.. Also, there is a little nice Beach right on the property and an amazing deck that climbs up over rocks and we watched pelicans fish every night from up high.. There is also two awesum guys who have an Italian restaurant there with such charm and great taste. There is free breakfast and if you ever want a snack, an espresso, a drink, it's all right there.. I loved this little place. I had the smallest simplest room which is good for me. Shared a bathroom, yet it was always very clean and never had to wait.. So anyway.. I loved this place, the people, the ocean. Enjoy!

Room 1 was brilliant. The view from the balcony and simple lifestyle made all the small problems disappear. I loved every day there. The room can get damn hot at the beginning of September, especially under the mosquito net. Enjoy going for a swim each morning, just mind the rocks close to the shore.

Overpriced as everything else in Tulum. Rooms are nice and decoration is charming. But bathrooms are smelly (sewer conditions may not be proper). Beach front may not be the best in Tulum. Food in restaurant exceedingly over-priced. Service was average to poor to non-existent. Overall, you pay a high price for what you get. If you are Mexican and you are used to the outstanding service in Mexico and the amazing beaches we have, you might feel you are been ripped off. If you are foreigner: you are also being ripped off... Mexico offers better places at a much better rate.

Went at the end of June and had a great time. The room was just as the pictures show beach is right off your step literally. We got to see sea turtles at midnight. All the staff was super friendly, the first night we struggled with the heat even with all the windows open and the fan going but the other nights were perfect we had no issues. Room service cleaned everyday and put new clean towels. We were also able to enjoy the music from Mateo's restaurant but no worry they shut it off by 10pm. We didn't eat breakfast there so can't give point on that. Wifi was not so great but that was okay since it was a family vacation. It was a great stay!
