★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tulum Private Tours doesn’t disappoint. My first tour with them was two years ago, the Tulum Cenote Tour. I was so impressed I have arranged tours with them every time I have visited and referred them to my friends. I want to share the experiences with everyone! When you can get this type of private experience, why would you want to be on a tour bus! The consensus is these are do not miss adventures! So far I have experienced Coba Hiking Tour, Sian Ka’an, Muyil, Coba, and Tulum Ruins…some multiple times with something new to see and learn on each visit. The guides’ knowledge of the history, culture and environment are exceptional and impressive.
We chose to do the Sian Ka’an tour along with Muyil last week. We were picked up in a nice air-conditioned van and arrived bright and early for the boat tour allowing us to have the Mayan channels to ourselves (amazing channels carved through mangroves by Mayans centuries ago). Our guide, Cedric, pointed out Mayan points of interest as well as different species of birds. At one point we got out of the boat and floated through the channels where the water was so clear we could see fish and crabs as well as enjoy spotting some of the most beautiful plants in the mangroves. After floating, we got back into the boat for a speedy ride through the channels arriving in a lagoon where we saw manatees! We ended up near Boca Paila bridge where a few of the resident crocodiles were relaxing. Just passed the bridge is a beautiful beach to explore. It looks different every time I have visited always offering something new. The boat ride back to the docks was better than any amusement park ride! After leaving Sian Ka’an, we took a lovely private tour of Muyil where Cedric shared lots of interesting facts and once again we were lucky enough to be the only group. After the tour, we enjoyed a delicious local lunch. I highly recommend spending a day exploring with Tulum Private Tours!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FANTASTIC TOUR WITH SERVANDO!! We had a group of 10 women for a retreat & booked the Tulum Private Group Tour. Servando reached out in advance over WhatsApp to make sure he had the right location to pick us up, showed up on time with a cooler of snacks and water, and spoke great English. We went to the Tulum Ruins first, where he gave us a tour explaining in detail the history of the Mayan ruins & you could tell he was interested & enthusiastic about what he was teaching! He then took us to an amazing vegan brunch in the jungle at a cute b&b where they grew fresh fruits & veggies on site. Then we went to 2 different cenotes - 1 in the caves "Pet Cemetary" and then 1 open one with a platform to jump into the water, "Cenote Cristal". This experience was by far one of the best excursions I've ever been on and I travel a LOT. Servando & Tulum Private Tours were amazing to work with, making any adjustments to the schedule that we wanted or needed and I HIGHLY recommend using them! I will continue to use them for my retreats in the future! THANK YOU!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booking with Tulum Private tours was easy and we were able to customize our tour through the chat option through WhatsAp. We put down a deposit and had an excellent time with our guide Servando later that week. He was very accommodating and knowledgeable. Conversation was easy and flowed naturally. We were traveling with our 6 month old baby so it was great to have the flexibility. Servando was willing to wait for diaper changes and feedings and customize our schedule, he was kind and friendly and even brought us some snacks and drinks. We appreciated his recommendations during this tour and for future great tour options. It was great to see and hear his enthusiasm for cenotes and archeological history. He made our tour easy and fun! We also loved that he joined us in the Cenote and brought goggles along for us too. :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to go for the private tour ( my wife and I ) and we enjoyed it a lot.
Perfecto out guide picked us up from the hotel early in the morning. He stopped on our way in order to grab a good coffee, then we continued our journey to Chichen Itza in a nice comfortable car just the two of us.
We arrived there just in time not to be busy, took awesome photos with the pyramid and visited all the site. Perfecto told us a lot of interesting facts about the Mayan and Mexican culture. All of this made us understand better the Mexican culture and all its connections.
We had an amazing meal and we have seen also the beautiful city of Valladolid to end up cooling ourselves in an amazing Cenote that felt it was from another planet.
We were very happy with Tulum Private Tours and we would use it again if we return in this area!
If you are a kitesurfing I highly recommend to have a look at Pro Kite Tulum as they are very friendly and helpful. Inigo and Cedric are top kitesurfers, great gear and awesome spot at Chiringuito Hotel.
What a great holiday so far !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Having an experienced tour guide in Tulum is a must and look no further. Servando was our guide and he was easy going, knowledgeable and fun. Not only did we see some of the most beautiful places I have EVER been too but we also learned so much. We started with booking the water experience tour (a must!) and then had such a great time we booked another day.
Do yourself a favor and trust these guys! A plus for me was they speak Spanish and English so it was very easy to communicate through the entire process. Thank you again Servando! Our trip wouldn’t have been as special without you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did a Sunrise tour through the Sian Ka'an biosphere reserve - It was INCREDIBLE. I have memories for life and was grateful to have an informative guide like Cedric who was able to tell us all about the wildlife (many beautiful birds and even a crocodile!).
We floated along the river in lifejackets and cruised along in the boat, it was a great experience and would highly recommend it to anyone.
Cedric speaks in English, French and Spanish so he was able to communicate with all the members of our group and made everyone feel included. We stopped for some drinks and snacks on the way which was a great gesture, the day was not rushed and felt it was well worth the money.
