★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. No need to worry if they are gonna scam you about damage that you have not done. People are friendly and do also provide - bring-a-scooter service to your hotel. They are using WhatsApp which is quite neat, too. Used them twice already.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time in Tulum and I am so happy I came across this little business. The staff was friendly and recommended a scooter to get around the town. They took the time and showed me on google maps some good places to go to. The scooters are in great condition and if you don’t know how to ride they will go over it with you. Very happy with my experience and will come back to them next time. If you are new to the area, I do recommend you get an ATV or a scooter to get around. - no problems when I returned the scooter. Got my passport (as deposit) directly
- Quality of the scooter was not the best one but okayish

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented two scooters here with my cousin for a month. They offered very good rates and were super communicative during the whole rental. My cousin got towed one day near the beach and they were really helpful in getting the scooter back from the police and helped us with any problems that arose. They take security very seriously and have GPS trackers on the bike so you never have to worry about loosing your bike. We're currently renting from them again for another 3 weeks - the team there is super nice - would highly recommend.
