Rente el “servicio” el día lunes 26 de April 2021 y fue la pero decisión que tomamos mi familia y yo ya que salí golpeado por los trabajadores por pedir un baño privado para mi prometida y mamá . Me golpearon a mi a mi familia entre todos los “ trabajadores “ eran más de 5. Tuve que ir a cruz roja de tulum a que me pusieran 8 pintadas en el labio ya que me patiaron la cara entre todos. Quise poner una denuncia pero cerraron, levantaron sus cosas y se fueron. NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA Y MENOS EN FAMILIA. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS “tour agency” FOR ANYTHING. I rented the “service” on Monday April 26, 2021 and it was the but decision that my family and I made since I was beaten by the workers for asking for a private bathroom for my fiancee and mother. They beat me to my family among all the "workers" there were more than 5. I had to go to the red cross of Tulum to have 8 painted on my lip since they kicked my face together. I wanted to file a complaint but they closed, picked up their things and left. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYTHING AND LESS IN THE FAMILY.
