The snorkeling tour was quite magical. We were able to see the Tulum ruins and take pictures from the ocean and they made great memories the snorkeling portion was super fun and we saw some really nice fish

DISHONEST AND THIEFS we went snorkeling with them, and at first they seamed like a good group of people, the tour was great the snorkeling was great, it was until the end, we found out that I drop my phone and I couldn't recall if it was in the boat or the sea, we look for it, and we couldn't find it, if I dropped it in the sea the phone will be dead but it appeared in the tour stand location yesterday and they reset the phone as soon as I saw it. that's why tours get so much bad blood because of people like this. We did the VIP tour. From the point of booking through to beach club pass, the experience was smoothly handled and well done. We saw stingrays , starfish, unfortunately no turtles. The weather was a bit choppy but you can't fault the guides for effort and we enjoyed it!

Same as most reviews. Great reef with a lot of fish. Saw some sting rays too but no turtles. The provided flippers, goggles, snorkels, and life vests. Took a bit to get used to for a first timer but overall a good experience.

What an amazing experience! We did the VIP tour by the end of February. I reached out to them through Whatsapp for a quote and details. Carlos Martinolli contacted me the day we were booked to provide more details. He was very flexible accomodating our time and meeting point. He provided great service for the rest of the payment and introduced us to Jose, the captain of the boat. Boat ride was good and we first stopped in front of Tulum arqueological site to take pictures with a great view. Then we continued to the reef. We jumped into the water and Jose guided us through the reef. Floating on top of the corals and seeing how they move with the water is absolutely beautiful. Then he guided us towards the rays and turtles. We saw about 4 turtles, some blue/yellow fish and at least 20 rays. Someone threw some fish from the top so they were very active eating. A turtle swam just under my belly, it was super exciting! Jose guided us back to the boat and pointed at a spotted eagle ray, just before getting out of the water,gorgeous! He was very helpful with the gear and asked frequently if we were doing ok. There were many boats around and several people in the area by the turtles and rays, but we didn't see anyone else by the corals. I strongly recommend it. Please use only reef friendly sunscreen.

The best tour. We saw turtles and rays the staff was amazing, especially Gustavo, nice and very friendly guy...at the end of tour he gave me fresh coconut right from the palm tree ... I love it.❤️thank you
