★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a MUST GO if you’re visiting Tulum and you need wheels. It’s within under a 10min walk from the bus stop/ city center.
It’s a fairly new business with an amazing customer service. David was beyond helpful, he even helped us with a late night return. These folk will work with you, they strive for great customer service.
There is a down payment/deposit but with no issues it was returned post return of Vespa.
We got all the looks riding around town in a VESPA. I WILL BE BACK next time I’m in TULUM. Thank You David and Sergio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an amazing experience with Tulum Vespa! They were prompt in communication, super helpful, offered routes and excursions and went above and beyond our expectations as far as service. Because we stayed outside of town and were hesitant to drive the town streets they delivered and picked up the Vespa, did a complete inspection and took payment at our door. Absolutely stellar!
Would recommend you not waste time on a bike and go with a cute zippy Vespa for your time in Tulum.

Oskar and his amazing staff will have you set up with a drop off and pickup scooter rental that only has you paying for the gas, bike and a refundable hold. I could not believe how incredibly easy it was to book a rental through here I cannot recommend it enough. If I am ever back in Tulum I know where I’ll be renting from again ?

We rented a car for 10 days and they gave us a great Volkswagen at half the price of what the other rental agencies were asking with insurance included and no hidden costs.
I don't own a credit card and they accepted a cash deposit instead, something that no one else did.
The staff was super friendly and helpful and I will definitely use their services in the future.
If you are searching to rent a vehicle in Tulum this is as good as it gets
