Our Concierge Caroline was absolutely TOP NOTCH! She was readily available to take away all the guesswork for this trip so we could just sit back and relax! She took care of every detail and was even able to cut loose with us which we loved! I would book any trip just to have Caroline take care of the details for me.

Eva and Caroline knock it out the park with any and all activities, lodging, transportation and dinner reservations! We have been connecting with Tulum Wellness Concierge the last 6 years we have been visiting Tulum. This last visit was for a large birthday party and every detail was executed perfectly with a private Paella dinner with a fantastic chef, bartender and a dj. Would highly recommend these ladies for ALL of your Tulum needs!

Working with Eva and Caroline was an absolute pleasure for our trip to Tulum! It was relatively short notice and pandemic times, yet they were still able to accommodate us with several luxury dinner/brunch reservations, an excursion, airport transfers, a private chef and covid tests in our apartment stay —all within our budget. My trip to Tulum a few weeks ago was absolutely REMARKABLE!! I hosted 25 friends for my 40th Birthday and thanks to Caroline, our in person travel concierge every detail was executed flawlessly!! Traveling with a large group can be very challenging but Caroline ensured every detail was taken care of from arranging transportation to and from each planned activity, curating an AMAZING private chef and bartender experience at our villa, planning an amazing day at Taboo beach club and arranging a private yacht day for our group. Every experience was well thought out and executed at a very high level of quality. By the end of the trip, all 25 guest were literally sad to leave her because she became a member of our group! We miss you already Caroline ? Thank you so much for making my 40th Birthday an unforgettable experience. I am FOREVER grateful and I will definitely be reaching out to you for any future travel needs. My heart is so FULL- thank you!!

Had an amazing experience working with Eva and her team who planned our perfect babymoon vacation. We ate the best food, had a perfect spa experience and went to the nicest beaches. They were even able to arrange for a PCR covid test to come to us which was so convenient. Eva was always available and easy to communicate with to give us additional recommendations as well, like where to go for brunch nearby. Highly recommend using this service when in Tulum!

Eva and her team were truly amazing! They helped curate a great experience for me and 2 girlfriends in Tulum. Everything from our ground transportation, to touring the Cenotes and dining at some of the best restaurants - they made our time in Tulum so incredible and special and I am beyond grateful for their help.
