★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenemos un hijo pequeño y pregunté si tenían una regadera de teléfono. Resulta que tienen un extenso surtido y que tenían una de hipopótamo feliz a un súper precio.
Me atendieron de manera inmediata y que me lo mandarían a la puerta de mi casa. Fueron súper amables, hasta parece que me hubiera atendido el dueño.
Servicio 5 estrellas.
We have a young son and I asked if they had a telephone shower. Turns out they have an extensive assortment and they had a happy hippo at a super price.
They treated me immediately and they would send it to my door. They were super friendly, it even seems that the owner had taken care of me.
5 star service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy molesta por el mal trato que nos dieron en la sucursal agrícola oriental en CDMX nos salió con fuga de agua un boiler y la tienda se deslindó por completo y no nos apoyo en nada a pesar de haberlo comprado hacia dos días nos enviaron a llamar al Call Center de la empresa Calorex en donde por falta de personal, así lo dice una grabación, no te podrán atender con prontitud para que un técnico de fe de que el boiler salió mal mientras serán 3 días sin boiler o tal vez más si es que se les antoja cambiarlo. Es una pena que no hagan válida la garantía de quince días que tiene la tienda, definitivamente no compraré de nuevo en ese lugar.
I am annoyed by the bad treatment they gave us at the eastern agricultural branch in CDMX, a boiler leaked water and the store completely disassociated itself and did not support us at all despite having bought it two days ago, they sent us to call Call Center of the Calorex company where due to lack of personnel, as a recording says, they will not be able to attend to you promptly so that a technician of faith that the boiler went wrong while it will be 3 days without a boiler or maybe more if it is that they feel like changing it. It's a shame they don't honor the store's 15 day guarantee, I definitely won't buy from that place again.
