C	Carlos Alonso Gómez Hernández on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente, no realiza seguimiento postventa, si tuviste suerte de que todo en el equipo este bien eres afortunado, si corres con la mala suerte de que el equipo no funcione como se debe es un verdadero martidio que te apoyen, llevo un mes y sigo esperando un técnico que prometieron enviar y eso que el problema se detecto en cuanto se instalo el equipo. Terrible customer service, no after-sales follow-up, if you were lucky that everything in the equipment is fine, you are lucky, if you are unlucky that the equipment does not work as it should, it is a real martyrdom that they support you, I have been a month and I'm still waiting for a technician that they promised to send and that the problem was detected as soon as the equipment was installed.
